How we work03 steps

01

Source

We work directly with named workshops in Morocco — no middlemen, no trading houses. You see who is making your order, where, and at what scale.

02

Specify

Choose stock patterns and colorways, or recolor any pattern in the vendor's full palette via the configurator. Spec sheets and CAD hatch files are one click away.

03

Ship

A real person replies within one business day. Production runs 6–8 weeks. Ocean freight, customs, and tracking we handle end-to-end through to your warehouse.

Provenance

Every workshop is named. Every maker is paid in full before tiles ship.

Bilad operates to the working-conditions standards of the Moroccan Artisan Co-operative Federation. We publish the workshop, the maker, and the wage policy on every vendor page — not as marketing, but because specifiers increasingly need it for their own clients' approval.
