Delivery windows
Small pieces — rugs, textiles, baskets, most lighting — ship by air. Large pieces — doors, fountains, tubs, tile, large lanterns — ship by sea.

Made-to-order pieces take 4–6 weeks in the workshop before they ship; sea freight takes about 30 days, plus customs clearance and delivery. Every product page shows its own window. These are estimates — we'll tell you right away if anything changes.
How freight is charged
- No freight at checkout. You pay for the pieces (or a 50% deposit on made-to-order pieces).
- Your quote within 1 business day. We email the cost to ship to your address, based on the size and weight of your order.
- Pay before it ships. Freight — and any balance on a deposit order — is paid through a secure payment link before your order leaves Morocco.
Many product pages show a freight estimate so you know the range in advance. If your quote comes in above that estimate, you can cancel — see returns & cancellations.
Customs and duties
Your freight quote covers delivery to your door and tells you about any import duties or customs fees before you pay, so nothing is due on arrival that you didn't agree to.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or addresses outside the US, contact us for a quote first.
Delivery of large pieces
Large pieces arrive by freight carrier, who schedules the delivery with you. Your quote states the delivery level — curbside, inside, or white-glove — and you can ask for a different one.
Tracking
We email updates as your order moves through production and send tracking once it ships.
