In-stock pieces
You can return an in-stock piece within 14 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- Email us before sending anything back — we'll confirm the return and the address.
- Return shipping is paid by you, and the original freight charge isn't refundable.
- We refund the price of the piece to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving it.
Made-to-order pieces
Made-to-order pieces are built by the workshop for your order, to your dimensions, finish, or colorway. Because of that:
- Deposits are non-refundable. If you paid a 50% deposit, it isn't refunded if you cancel after placing your order — it has already paid the workshop to begin.
- If you paid in full and cancel, we refund everything you paid above 50% of the made-to-order price.
- Made-to-order pieces can't be returned once delivered, unless they arrive damaged or materially different from what you ordered.
Handmade variation
Every piece is made by hand. Small differences in color, glaze, texture, weave, and dimensions from piece to piece and from photographs are part of the work, not defects.
Freight quotes
Freight is quoted after you order. If your quote is higher than the estimate shown on the product page — or no estimate was shown and you decide not to go ahead — you can cancel within 3 days of receiving the quote for a full refund, including any deposit.
Damage in transit
Please inspect your delivery when it arrives and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt. Email us photos of the damage and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll repair, replace, or refund the damaged piece.
